For a while, we were really worried that we wouldn’t find a new suitable place for the party in time. But then we discovered this! Schuppen 2 has everything our previous location had, only bigger! One interesting thing about Schuppen 2 is its position on a strip of land that is surrounded by water of the Weser river on either side. So while technically not an island, the advantage is still obvious: it is easy to reach and yet far enough away from residential homes, making it an ideal candidate for a 3-day event.
We bribed the weathergods in hope they’ll provide us with plenty of sunshine, but failing that we still have large tents fitted outside the venue to protect us from rain and stormy weather. It is the summer season however and should be really warm and dry. At night you have a stunning view across the river.
In this spot we’ll put beer tables and chairs, one or two BBQ swivel grills and a fire bowl to create “the mood!” Here you can relax, take a break from the noisy party hall and prepare your food.
So here it is: The party hall does not only look very nice and modern, it comes with a fully equipped stage area and bigscreen at the front and a large bar area is situated at the back side. It can easily fit enough tables and chairs for 150+ visitors and wherever you are inside, you won’t ever miss out on all the important action going on.
