Driving to the party place is easy:
From Hannover: A27 to Cuxhaven, Exit (18) Überseestadt, then drive on towards Walle. After passing underneath the train bridge, Westend is to your left side at Waller Heerstrasse 294.
From Oldenburg: A28 / B74 to Bremen, follow signs to Walle. Past the big radio tower onto Waller Heerstrasse. Westend will be to your left side after about 2km.
Public Transport: From Bremen central train station, take the tram No.10 to “Gröpelingen” and get off at “Waller Friedhof”. Or, if you’re coming from the airport, take the No.6 to “Universität” and get off at “Domsheide (city center)”, then take the tram No.2 to “Gröpelingen” and get off at “Waller Friedhof”. In both cases, the Westend will be to your left side when you get off.
HINT: Just opposite the Westend building, you’ll find Westbad, a public indoor and outdoor swimming pool with showers and sauna which is a perfect addition to your stay at Nordlicht.
The price for an adult single ticket is €4.30, but do keep an eye on their opening times!

There is a LIDL store just 500 meters up the road and a petrol station right next to the party place. There is a car park “behind” the Westend building (Waller Friedhof car park)
A look at the party venue
The “culture workshop Westend” was founded as a public arts and culture house in 1992 after converting and modernizing an old tram repair station building. With its many in-house production facilities, Westend offers a wide range of courses and activities such as crafting and sculpturing, theatrical performance, film and music production, radio and TV broadcasts, and much more.
In addition to Westend’s own program, people are invited to use the in-house facilities to hold their own events, seminars, performances, workshops and parties. For that very reason, the program continuously evolves and changes with its surrounding community.
